So, The Hartt Sessions. You guys don't seem to address those songs, and you don't have the lyrics for them up either. Are they the black sheep of your songs? They shouldn't be, they're still as relevant as any of your other songs (personal opinion). Do you guys have favorites from The Hartt Sessions? Yes that was two questions, ha. My favorite is Sevyn, I listen to that song constantly, Cold Enough To Kill is damn excellent too. So what gives? Thanks for listening (reading).from Anonymous
Here’s the story with that record: it was recorded as part of our friends’ senior thesis at the University of Hartford. Their assignment was to produce an album and we were their subject. The sessions were pretty disjointed (once a week, latenight, in our state’s magnificent capital) and even though the material is decent, the production wasn’t cohesive. So yeah, we black sheeped it. “Cope Aesthetic” was revamped on the next EP, and I really enjoy those 2 songs you mentioned - maybe we’ll resurrect them…
